Chad, Dorene, Jayce, The Twins & Hershey

Today was a big day for Jayce. He spent the afternoon with his favorite cartoon character, Thomas the Tank Engine! He went for a train ride on Thomas, got his picture taken with Thomas, and even got to give Sir Topham Hat a high five! He was so excited and had a wonderful time. Enjoy the pictures!

At the end of June, Jayce and I went to MN and stayed for 3 and 1/2 weeks. It was so much fun. Chad was able to join us for a few days while we visited Dave and Denise at their cabin. Thanks to Grandpa John and Grammy Sherri for driving down from Fargo! Some highlights of the trip were going to the Osakis parade, playing with Grandpa’s train, swimming at the pool with Grandma and Grandpa, and playing with all his cousins. Jayce had sooooo much fun playing with all of his cousins, he was exhausted every night. We certainly had a wonderful time and enjoyed seeing everyone. To my Rochester gal pals, I miss you and thank you so much for turning out. -It was great to see you all. I hope we are able to do it again next year, although I’m not sure my husband will let me leave for that long again… he was having Jayce withdrawals!

Sorry this is a bit late but here are some pictures of Jayce opening presents at home on his big day. I also included pictures of when we went to the zoo on Sunday - he had a blast!!! After, we met up with Grandpa Joel and Grandma Gayle at Chucky Cheese to celebrate with pizza and cake - chocolate of course!

Here are some pictures of our house as it is today. They put the linolium into the laundry room and both bathrooms, all the doors, and all the cabinets. So exciting!!!
